HOW DO I PROCEED THROUGH THE CHECK OUT PROCESS?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process. You can also buy optional items like faster shipping

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Stripe. Our payments are handled via shopify.com

HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK?

Zoe's Loft partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Ireland, England, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong. Our global suppliers provide Shipment tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. In extreme cases, it can take up to 28 days

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :) Items can be delayed due to customs checks and peak period ordering such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Black Friday / Cyber Monday

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us! Prices can vary due to certain promotions and offers. We have offer faster shipping and handling for an optional fee. Please check your order confirmation.

 WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process of setting up a return. You will need to cover the cost of shipment back to our facility. A returns form must be fully completed. Returns must be sent to Saris Inc, 4712 Poth Rd, Whitehall, OH 43213 in order for a refund to be issued.

We do NOT accept returns to our corporate address in Pasadena, California.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
